采用PENTIUM芯片工控机控制电源，立式机柜，彩显界面，会话式及图纸尺寸直接输入式自动编程。ISO代码，兼容3B语言及CAD/CAM的DXF格式图形文件。编程加工可同时进行，彩色立体图形及实时切割图形跟踪显示。标准配置RS-23C接口，可选择安装硬盘及Windows操作平台，具网络传输功能。

Programming could be done as the machine is cutting; Showing the path while cutting and displaying the contour of parts; With RS-232C interface and net function. The hard disk is necessary when windows is adopted.

●机床结构紧凑，采用滚珠丝杠传动，镶嵌经淬火及磨削处理的线性滚柱导轨，运动导向和机械精度高，可靠性好，能满足6o、12o及60o 锥度加工，并可切割不等锥工件。
FEATURES:
●The max. productivity of DK series HS-WEDM can reach to 120mm2/min while using the wire diameter0.22mm.
●Less wear of wire can be obtained.
●The big size machines allow the operator to cut up to a height of large than 600mm.
●The taper angle ±3o is standard and that of ±6o, ±15o and ±30o are optional.. The accuracy of large taper angle is 0.03mm. It well suits to the machining of the sliding parts of plastic moulds and to parts machining.
●The industrial PC-base controller, high frequency power and machine electric unit are perfectly integrated into one cabinet, which is more reliable and free-contamination. The CNC control system is equipped with functions of auto-programming, RS-232C interface, recognizing the drawings of DXF format from AutoCAD and simultaneous control up 4 axes.
